Operations Manager-Shopping Mall

Constance Group | Excellence, Innovation & Sustainable Development Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the shopping mall, ensuring a safe, clean, efficient and customer-focused environment. The role oversees facilities, security, cleaning, contractor performance and tenant operational support while maintaining high service standards across the property. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the daily operations of the shopping mall and common areas. - Oversee cleaning, security, maintenance and other outsourced service providers. - Ensure all building systems and facilities are operating effectively. - Maintain compliance with health, safety and emergency procedures. - Support tenants with operational matters and ensure adherence to mall regulations. - Coordinate operational requirements for events and peak trading periods. - Monitor operational budgets, service levels and contractor performance. - Prepare regular operational reports for management.
