Role Overview
Coinflow is seeking a Product Operations & Strategy Associate to keep our product machine running. Coinflow moves money for merchants around the world, and every bank, processor and enterprise partner wants to understand exactly how we work before they sign. As our Product Operations & Strategy Associate, you'll own those due diligence requests end to end, keep our Linear board an accurate picture of what's being built, and be the connective tissue between Product and every team that depends on it. You'll report to the Head of Product and work daily with Engineering, Risk & Compliance, Legal, Finance, Sales and Partnerships.
This is an operations role, and we mean that: most of your week is moving information between people, chasing answers, keeping records clean and running projects to done. It's a great fit for someone early in their career who gets real satisfaction from turning chaos into a reliable system, and who wants to learn how a modern payments company works from the inside.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner and vendor due diligence: Own intake-to-submission for due diligence questionnaires, RFIs and information requests from banks, processors, vendors and enterprise merchants. Answer the recurring questions yourself (company overview, products and money flows, ownership and UBOs, licenses, policies, security posture), route the rest to the right owner, and hit every deadline
• Answer library and records: Maintain our due diligence answer library and document repository (corporate docs, org chart, policies, audit and security reports) so every answer is current, accurate and reusable
• Linear and delivery hygiene: Run a weekly sweep of the Linear board so owners, statuses, priorities and due dates are set and stale or blocked work is flagged; triage incoming requests from other teams with enough context to act on
• Cross-team communication: Keep Sales, Support, Risk and Partnerships informed on what's shipping and changing; coordinate launch checklists, capture decisions and drive follow-ups from product meetings; run small cross-functional projects end to end
• Research and reporting: Prepare roadmap snapshots, release notes and status summaries for leadership; run competitive, market and vendor research and turn messy inputs into clear memos
Required Qualifications
• 1-3 years in operations, onboarding or implementation, compliance operations, project coordination, or Big 4 audit/advisory, ideally at a fintech, payments company or bank
• Excellent written communication; able to answer a partners question accurately in two clean sentences
• Strong attention to detail and comfort keeping many requests moving at once
• High ownership: you finish what you start and close loops without being chased
• Comfortable working across many teams and following up persistently and politely
• Fluency with work tools (Linear or Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, Notion) and a habit of using AI tools to speed up repetitive work
• Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of a high-growth startup, and ready to work hard
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
• Familiarity with cards, ACH, other payment rails, or KYB/KYC/AML concepts
• Experience completing vendor, security, or bank due diligence questionnaires
• Experience being part of world class operations and high functioning product organizations.
What We Offer
• Competitive compensation including base salary, performance bonus, and meaningful ownership
• Broad exposure across product, compliance, partnerships, and engineering at a rapidly scaling fintech
• Direct work with the Head of Product and visibility into how leadership decides what to build
• Collaborative and innovative work environment with world-class investors
The base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $120,000 USD + equity. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
Join the team rewriting how money moves worldwide—and become a driving force in the $194 trillion cross-border payments market.
