About the role
HRISStakeholder ManagementMarket ResearchProject Management
Interested in how technology can make HR smarter and more efficient?
We’re looking for an intern who wants to help us take the first steps towards a new HRIS solution. Not by simply implementing a tool, but by helping us figure out what we actually need from one.
You’ll join us during the requirements phase of the project and help build the foundation for the decisions that follow. What do our HR processes look like today? Where are the biggest opportunities for improvement? What do different stakeholders need? And which solutions on the market could support us? You’ll combine business analysis, stakeholder management and market research to help us answer those questions.
What will you be working on?
You’ll get the opportunity to:
- Talk to different stakeholders and understand their needs, challenges and expectations.
- Analyse our current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate stakeholder input into clear business and functional requirements.
- Explore the HRIS market and discover what different solutions have to offer.
- Compare potential tools based on functionality, usability and fit with our organisation.
- Support vendor research, demos and comparisons where relevant.
- Turn your findings into clear recommendations that help us determine our next steps.
What’s in it for you?
This isn’t an internship where you’ll spend three months watching from the sidelines. You’ll work on a real business challenge and contribute to a project that can shape the way HR works within our organisation in the future.
Along the way, you’ll gain hands-on experience in:
- Business analysis: learning how to identify and structure real business needs.
- Stakeholder management: interviewing different people and navigating different perspectives.
- Requirements gathering: translating needs into concrete requirements for technology.
- Market research: getting to know the HR tech landscape and learning how organisations compare solutions.
- Decision-making: seeing how research and requirements eventually translate into technology choices.
You’ll have the freedom to investigate, challenge assumptions and bring your own ideas to the table, while having people around you to support you along the way.
If you’re considering a future as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, HR Technology Consultant or IT Project Manager, threon is a great place to get a first taste of what that could look like. Project management and consulting are at the heart of what we do, so you’ll be surrounded by experienced colleagues who can share their knowledge and challenge your thinking along the way.
