Founder's Associate (Operations)

ABOUT THE ROLE Join a B2B procurement technology team building AI software for enterprise procurement. In this hands-on role, you will partner with go-to-market and operations teams to turn business needs into useful internal tools and automations. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Turn requests from sales, business development, and deployment teams into working tools and automations. - Spot recurring manual processes across the company and automate them proactively. - Scope, build, test, and ship end-to-end solutions using AI coding tools. - Shift between projects such as reporting automations and internal sales tools. - Prioritize work that unblocks teams quickly and communicate trade-offs clearly. - Document solutions so teammates can use and maintain them. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Recent graduate or early-career candidate with up to two years of professional experience. - Evidence of independently delivering working software with AI coding tools and automating recurring workflows through code. - Experience taking internal tools or automations from scoping through testing and release. - Comfort working through ambiguity and collaborating with multiple teams or stakeholders. - Strong prioritization skills and curiosity about commercial and operational workflows. - Fluent English; German is a plus.
