About us
Traditional banking has never really given you control over your financial life. Satispay exists to change that: to empower people through finance. That means making financial services easy and accessible for over 6.5M users.
We started with payments, then benefits, investing, cards... and we’re not done. Not even close. We follow the same logic every time: find a real problem, solve it properly, then look for the next one. The destination? To build the most loved financial platform in the world. If you own outcomes rather than tasks, stay close to what users need, and refuse to wait for someone else to fix what's broken — you'll find people here who work exactly in the same way. And together, you'll build something worth being proud of.
What you’ll be doing
As our Bid & Quality Manager, you’ll be the person who takes Satispay through every client tender and keeps our quality system running. This role involves managing tenders and supplier qualifications, as well as looking after our Quality Management System. You’ll work every day with Sales, Legal, Product and the heads of each department, and you’ll be the one who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, from a tender deadline to an expiring certificate.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
- Supplier qualifications - Keep Satispay registered and up to date on our clients’ supplier portals, and work with Sales to collect and validate the documents each client asks for. Renew company documents and certifications (DURC, DURF, company registry extracts, ISO/ESG certifications) before they expire, and improve our scores with clients (IT and ESG questionnaires).
- Tender analysis - Run a first feasibility check on every tender and write a short summary so management can decide whether to take part (Go/No-Go). Then read the tender documents in depth and send clarification requests when something isn’t clear.
- Tender offers - Lead the working group, manage milestones and deadlines, and prepare the administrative documents, technical offer and economic offer. Upload everything through the required channel (PEC, email or portal) and handle follow-up requests and economic analyses before the award.
- Pipeline and learnings - Keep the tender pipeline and the response calendar up to date, and look back at the tenders we won and lost to learn what to do better.
- Clients and contracts - Join client meetings to collect information (tenders or negotiations) and be the contact point for Legal on contract negotiation and review.
- Quality system - Keep our Quality Management System policies and procedures up to date, and guide the heads of each department so their processes are properly documented. Maintain the risk register, the list of critical suppliers and the KPI matrix linked to our quality objectives.
- KPIs and process performance - Collect data from process owners, track KPIs every quarter and go back to the owners when a KPI falls below its threshold.
- Audits and reporting - Plan the audit schedule and be the contact for external auditors. Turn quality data, audit findings and process insights into management reviews and a quarterly report on risks, suppliers and KPIs.
Who we’re looking for
We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you’re curious and ready for real ownership, you’ll fit in!
- Private tender portals - You know how to use, update and upload documents on clients’ private supplier portals (such as Jaggaer or SAP).
- Clear writing - You can write administrative documents, policies and procedures with a critical eye, and adapt ready-made templates to what each client asks for.
- Quality systems - You have experience with Quality Management Systems (such as ISO 9001 or equivalent), ideally in a service or financial services context. Audit experience is a plus.
- Analytical mindset - You’re comfortable with KPIs and metrics, and with tools like Looker or similar. You’re also curious about AI and happy to use it at work.
- Google Workspace - You’re confident with Google Sheets and Docs, which you’ll use every day.
- Stakeholder management - You can engage many teams and keep them on track. This role is about oversight and coordination, not doing everything yourself.
- Experience - You’ve already worked in a similar role. This is not an entry-level position, but you don’t need ten years of experience.
- Nice to have - A legal or compliance background (negotiation, regulations), and experience filling in cybersecurity and ESG questionnaires for supplier qualifications.
Don't worry if you don't tick every box. We believe in the power of different viewpoints and strengths. Your unique perspective is important as we build something special: if you're passionate and can make a difference, we truly encourage you to apply.
