Accountabilities We are looking for an individual who is pro-active, driven, who can self-manage and who is reliable. You must be a good communicator and be able to work alone and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: - Towing completed holiday homes and chassis around the storage yard - Maintaining the stock yard, ensuring holiday homes are parked utilizing the parking space efficiently. - Changing wheels on holiday homes - General chassis repairs, example. Replacing jack legs - Flexibility to work at different sites. - Ensuring daily vehicle inspections are carried out and vehicles are kept at a high standard of house keeping - Storage Yard house keeping - Carry out final exterior inspection off the holiday homes prior to the customers arrival - Manage workloads safely - Work overtime as required to meet the business requirements
