About the role

UX Design
It's not just a job. Together, we're on a mission to speed up the energy transition, and our goal is to enable 2 million sustainable energy installations by 2035. We can't do that alone, so we're looking for people who want to work with us on what really matters. iChoosr has 160 colleagues across the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, Poland, North America and Japan, all working toward the same mission. The problem you'll work on Putting solar panels on your roof or switching to a heat pump is a big, expensive and unfamiliar decision. iChoosr uses collective purchasing to make that decision simpler and more affordable for households across Europe, the US and Japan. The design challenge is to earn homeowners’ trust and guide them from first interest to successful installation. We’re at a turning point. We’re completing the rebuild of our platform, and with it our core customer journeys. Next, the focus shifts to making those journeys perform better and adapting them as we expand into new products and markets. Meanwhile, our new product vision toward 2031 guides us to discover and design new value for households, installers and partners. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll continuously improve the journeys households rely on, shape the experience for new products and markets, and help create what doesn’t exist yet. You’ll make the vision real by turning it into flows we can test with real users, prototype quickly and bring to life. The team you'll join You'll join the Product & Design team of Product Managers, Product Specialists and fellow designers, led by our Head of Product & Design. On a daily basis, you'll be part of one of our product teams, working every day with a Product Manager and engineers. Your role In your product team, you're responsible for outcomes, not just for working through a list of requirements. You own the user experience and usability of what we build, not just its design. Your job is to arrive at solutions that our customers love and also work for our business.
