Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute change-management strategies for application development, application support, and ERP transformation initiatives. - Assess organizational readiness, stakeholder impact, and resistance to change while implementing structured change-management frameworks. - Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, executive communication, training, awareness, and adoption programs. - Lead post-implementation adoption and stabilization activities while providing updates and recommendations to EVP- and SVP-level Finance stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications - 8+ years of relevant Change Management experience. - Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and executive communication. - Experience developing communication plans and training programs. - Knowledge of post-implementation support and adoption activities. - Proven ability to implement structured change-management frameworks and drive sustainable adoption. - Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, including EVP- and SVP-level stakeholders. - Strong facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills. - Experience supporting organizational change throughout the transformation lifecycle. Preferred Skills: - Experience supporting ERP transformation programs. - Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent Change Management certification. - Experience supporting technology, Finance, or enterprise business transformations. - Background in continuous improvement and organizational capability development.
