Broker Management Operations Specialist

As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a Broker Management Operations Specialist to join us. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full lifecycle of trading accounts: opening, closing, transfers and commission setup in reporting systems. • Act as the main operational contact for brokers on account opening, KYC, procedures and contracts, and coordinate with internal teams. • Maintain the KYC database and support trader onboarding, including documents for MiFID qualification. • Agree trader commissions and risk parameters with risk managers. • Identify potential operational risks together with Legal and Finance. • Document and improve internal processes and policies. Requirements • Experience in an operations role involving work with documents, external partners and internal processes. • Experience with client verification, KYC or handling personal documents. • Understanding of financial markets and interest in trading. • Confident use of Jira, Confluence, Excel and Google Workspace. • Clear communication with external partners, attention to detail and a structured approach to work. • English at B2 level or higher.
