Broker Management Trading Systems Specialist

As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a Broker Management Trading Systems Specialist to join us. Responsibilities: Trading Systems Monitoring & Technical Support - Monitor trading positions, order execution, stuck orders, and new account integrations in OMS. - Ensure the stability and performance of trading platforms, statistical tools, and related systems. Broker Relationship & Incident Management - Manage trading-related incidents and operational requests in direct collaboration with broker management teams. - Identify traders' pain points and coordinate solutions with brokers. - Identify and implement broker-side features and configurations to improve trading efficiency and company profitability. Risk Management & Compliance - Monitor company risk parameters, trading limits, and restricted stock lists (PTP, FTT, CNS, DNT, Cannabis, etc.). - Track exchange rules, regulatory updates, and corporate actions, ensuring relevant teams are informed about changes affecting trading operations. Financial Control & Reconciliation - Monitor broker commissions, SMI rates, buy-ins, and corporate actions. - Maintain the Commission Calculator and investigate financial discrepancies in collaboration with the Finance team. Trading Analytics & Reporting - Analyze historical trading data and trading statistics to identify discrepancies and optimization opportunities. - Prepare Routing, Locate, and Latency reports to assess order execution quality. - Provide operational data and consolidated reports for internal analysis and annual audits. Trading Systems Development & Integrations - Coordinate the integration of new brokers, trading instruments, and OMS platforms. - Configure, test, and monitor new connections and integrations, ensuring timely resolution of technical requests with technology partners. Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills - Practical experience working with the FIX protocol, including knowledge of FIX tags and message structures. - Strong understanding of the US stock market, trading mechanisms, and corporate actions. - Experience working with trading platforms, OMS systems, and order routing processes. - Advanced data management and analytical skills. - Ability to work with statistical data, interpret results, and identify discrepancies and trends. - Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe tools, Slack, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other relevant productivity tools. - Understanding of business etiquette and professional communication.
