About The Role: We are seeking an agile, data-savvy Merchant – SIOP & Retail Operations to sit at the vital intersection of our Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process and our expanding wholesale and retail partnership channels. In this dual-impact role, you will act as a key operational merchant—translating complex DTC demand velocity, promotional calendars, and retail partner forecasts into precise procurement strategies, inventory balancing, and vendor execution. You will work closely with cross-functional partners in Supply Chain, Brand, Finance, and Retail Account Management to optimize order fulfillment, prevent stockouts, and drive key metrics around cost, quality, and delivery. The ideal candidate brings proven merchandise planning or supply chain expertise within fast-paced DTC, CPG, beauty, lifestyle, or wellness environments, combining sharp analytical skills with a deep understanding of multi-channel inventory allocation.
