This role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and securing high-quality talent while ensuring all recruitment activities meet regulatory and compliance requirements. The successful candidate will have experience recruiting healthcare professionals and will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, supporting workforce growth across multiple sites.
