The Performance Marketeer We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Performance Marketeer to join our growth team in Rotterdam. Monday Merch is one of the fastest-growing companies in the Netherlands. We give companies worldwide one place for all their merch: design, production, long-term storage, online stores and events, in 15+ countries. This is an in-house role. You directly own most of our Google and Microsoft Ads accounts and countries, you work with a freelance specialist who runs a few countries, and you work day to day with a founder and the growth team. The team You join the growth team at our Rotterdam office: one founder who leads growth and is your day-to-day counterpart, a UI/UX designer who designs and builds our site, landing pages and shop, and our design and content people. Remote, you work with a freelance Google Ads specialist who runs about 30% of the countries and search budget, a Meta Ads specialist, and our SEO, web and analytics support. Our office in the centre of Rotterdam holds 40+ young, international, bright and hard-working people. Our Megacenter on the edge of the city adds about 60 more, and a remote team of around 100 people works with us worldwide. Your Goal Grow the number of new customers we win through paid search, at a cost that keeps every market profitable, and help us hit our yearly targets. You run the main markets and 70%+ of the budget yourself, and you work with the rest of the team to improve everything around the ads: tracking, landing pages, offers. Your Metrics - New-customer ROAS (per market) - New opportunities per month (per market) Responsibilities - Be the in-house owner of paid acquisition. You run the main markets yourself and keep the whole picture together: a bi-weekly sync with our freelance Google Ads specialist (smaller markets) and our Meta Ads specialist, one shared plan across all markets, and the cross-market work (tracking, feeds, structure) done once for everyone. As you gain more experience, you grow into leading paid acquisition as a whole. - Run Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for your markets (about 70% of budget): execute the weekly change list (keywords, negatives, targets, budgets), challenge it when the data says otherwise, and keep the accounts clean. - Keep every market on pace against its monthly and yearly plan, and act when it drifts. - Own tracking and attribution. Our B2B sales process can be long and complicated. Our CRM sends opportunity and deal values to the ad platforms; you make sure that stays accurate across Google, Microsoft and GA4. Our tech team builds and adjusts, you specify and test. You have all the data and tools at your disposal: Claude, GA4, PostHog, CRM and platform data, and you dig in yourself. - Write and test ad copy and assets across languages, with native speakers where needed. - Pick landing pages that match the search, brief and run landing-page tests with our UI/UX designer and content people, and keep Merchant Center and the Shopping feeds healthy across markets. - Run new experiments: new campaign types, new markets, new offers. - Think along on the bigger picture with the growth lead: which market offering we improve next, which product categories we advertise on and how we make them profitable. You pull in the people it takes: UI/UX, product, content, sales. - Work with our AI tooling (Claude) every day. - Pick up growth work beyond ads when it comes up: outbound campaigns, new channels, content, landing pages. Search stays your core, but nobody here stays only in their own lane. You - Work hard, are results-driven, and like being measured on real outcomes. - Have 2–4 years hands-on in SEA or performance marketing, on accounts of €50k+ per month. - Work in a structured way. - Are AI-pilled: you get excited about trying new ideas and finding better ways to work with AI. - Communicate clearly in English. Dutch and other languages are a plus. Why Monday Merch? - Rapid growth opportunities in a fast-paced scale-up, and one founder as your direct counterpart. - One account, €2M+ a year, real ownership of execution and growth across 10+ markets, including US. - Work from our beautiful office in the city centre of Rotterdam. - Work with great tools (including a brand new MacBook) and bright, hard-working people. - Yearly workation (2026 was Gran Canaria). - Salary: €3,400–4,100 gross per month on a full-time basis, depending on experience. - Paid days off: 23 days per year. - Full-time, on-site at our Rotterdam city-centre office, no systematic WFH - FD Gazelle 2026 and Deloitte Technology Fast 50 2026: experience working at one of the fastest-growing companies in the Netherlands. How we hire - A 20-minute call. - Interview at our office: you walk us through an account you ran, and we go through one of our markets in detail. - Offer, usually within a week
