Sr. Director, Corporate Development

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Corporate Development based in the United States. The Senior Director of Corporate Development will play a key role in driving organizational growth through strategic partnerships, acquisitions, joint ventures, and new market development. This position oversees the evaluation and execution of complex business opportunities, translating strategic priorities into financially sound investment decisions. Working closely with business development leaders, operational teams, physicians, health systems, and other partners, you will guide opportunities from initial assessment through transaction closing and implementation. The role combines advanced financial analysis, transaction structuring, due diligence, and executive-level communication. You will also help shape physician partnerships and expansion strategies that strengthen market presence and create long-term value. This is a full-time, remote-first leadership opportunity with travel of up to 25%.
