Take on a senior technical support role helping healthcare organizations maintain reliable, effective software services. You will provide advanced application support to hospital IT teams and healthcare clients, independently investigating complex technical issues and coordinating resolutions across multiple teams. The position combines hands-on SQL Server and Windows Server troubleshooting with incident management, client communication, and problem resolution. You will also contribute to priority escalations, knowledge management, and continuous service improvement. Working within an international, distributed support environment, you will collaborate with Development, vendors, and other technical specialists.
