Senior Webflow Developer

In this role, you will lead the development and technical architecture of high-performance websites and web applications, transforming creative concepts into scalable digital experiences. You will work at the intersection of visual design and front-end engineering, translating complex Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect Webflow implementations. Your responsibilities will span custom development, CMS architecture, third-party integrations, and advanced interactions. You will also establish technical standards, optimize website performance, and ensure accessibility and search engine readiness. Working closely with designers, product managers, and growth teams, you will help deliver innovative digital solutions that support business objectives.
