Senior Powerplant Consultant

Take on a senior consulting role supporting complex aircraft engine programmes across international airline and leasing portfolios. You will act as a virtual powerplant manager, helping clients optimise engine performance, maintenance strategies, and asset value. The position combines deep technical expertise with commercial insight, covering everything from fleet planning to engine shop visits and asset transactions. You will work closely with airlines, lessors, OEMs, and MRO providers on high-value aviation projects. Your recommendations will help improve operational efficiency, control maintenance costs, and inform strategic investment decisions. You will also contribute to client relationships, business development, and the development of junior team members. The role offers a flexible, international working environment, with remote options across Europe.
