Senior Engineering Manager - Partner Ecosystem

Our partner is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager – Partner Ecosystem based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the development and evolution of a large-scale partner integration platform. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive the growth of a third-party ecosystem, enabling seamless connectivity with external property management systems. You will define the technical vision, shape long-term engineering and AI strategies, and oversee the delivery of scalable, reliable, high-quality solutions. Working closely with Product, Data Science, Business Development, and external partners, you will translate business objectives into impactful technical roadmaps. You will also build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
