Onboarding Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Onboarding Analyst based in India. The Onboarding Analyst will play an essential role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new hires. You will coordinate the administrative steps involved in bringing candidates into the organization, from issuing welcome and offer letters to completing onboarding documentation and initial timesheet instructions. Working closely with candidates, suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders, you will help keep the onboarding process organized and on schedule. The role also involves coordinating pre-employment screening, tracking clearance requirements, and ensuring all post-hire documentation is completed accurately. Strong communication and attention to detail will be key to resolving issues and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
