Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness Partner

Our partner is looking for a Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness Partner based in the United States. In this fully remote role, you will play a strategic part in strengthening leadership capabilities, developing talent, and improving organizational effectiveness across the business. You will design and deliver impactful leadership development programs that help employees and managers succeed in their current positions and prepare for future leadership opportunities. Working closely with HR professionals and business executives, you will identify organizational needs and translate them into tailored learning strategies and experiences. You will oversee multiple development initiatives, from initial needs assessment and program design to implementation and performance evaluation. Combining learning expertise, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder relationships, you will help shape a culture of continuous development and organizational growth.
