Intermediate Underwriter

Join a specialized insurance environment where underwriting expertise, commercial insight, and strong broker relationships drive business growth. As an Intermediate Underwriter, you will assess new and renewal commercial insurance submissions, evaluate risk, and determine appropriate coverage solutions within established underwriting guidelines. You will play an important role in developing new business opportunities while supporting the retention of existing accounts. Working closely with retail brokers, internal colleagues, and underwriting leaders, you will help deliver responsive service and profitable results. This position combines technical insurance knowledge with relationship management, sales development, and continuous professional learning. The role is available remotely in British Columbia or in Langley, BC.
