Intake QA Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Intake QA Coordinator based in Brazil. As an Intake QA Coordinator, you will help maintain the accuracy, consistency, and quality of a high-volume legal intake operation. You will review case information, audit recorded calls, and ensure that intake workflows meet established standards and compliance requirements. The role also involves reconnecting with unresponsive claimants and tracking case viability across internal systems and external partner platforms. Working closely with Intake, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams, you will help identify recurring issues and improve processes. This is an opportunity to contribute to a technology-driven environment focused on connecting injured individuals with appropriate legal representation. The position is fully remote, with some evening and weekend availability required when necessary.
