Human Resources Generalist

As a Human Resources Generalist specializing in HRIS and Compensation, you will play an important role in supporting and optimizing essential HR operations within an international organization. You will oversee employee data management, HR systems, payroll-related processes, compensation administration, and workforce reporting. Working closely with employees, managers, and cross-functional HR teams, you will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of critical people-related information. You will also contribute to compensation programs, sales incentive administration, and continuous improvements to HR processes and procedures.
