Our partner is looking for a Full-Cycle Psychiatric Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Specialist based in Australia. This is an opportunity for an experienced medical billing professional to support the revenue cycle operations of a mental health practice based in Texas. You will manage a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health billing activities, from claims processing and payment posting to accounts receivable follow-up and collections. Working primarily with eClinicalWorks (eCW), you will help maintain accurate patient accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and support timely reimbursement. The role also involves communicating directly with patients and insurance representatives, requiring professionalism, empathy, and strong attention to detail. You will collaborate remotely with administrative staff, practice management, and external billing partners while working independently in a structured, full-time environment.
