Director, Software Engineering, Agent Platform

Our partner is looking for a Director, Software Engineering, Agent Platform based in the United States. We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to oversee a critical platform organization responsible for the reliability, performance, and scalability of a large-scale cybersecurity agent ecosystem. In this strategic leadership role, you will manage approximately 45 engineers across four globally distributed teams, driving technical delivery, operational excellence, and organizational growth. You will oversee the evolution of a core control plane, leading its transformation into scalable, regionally distributed services and modern container-based infrastructure. Working closely with architecture, product, and platform teams, you will ensure that engineering investments translate into measurable customer value. You will also strengthen engineering leadership, improve production reliability, and build greater senior engineering capabilities in the United States.
