Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist – DTC Beauty & Personal Care

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist – DTC Beauty & Personal Care based in Brazil. As a Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist, you will drive paid acquisition and creative execution for a growing direct-to-consumer beauty and personal care business. You will take hands-on ownership of Meta and Google advertising campaigns, from strategy and launch to optimization and performance analysis. Alongside campaign management, you will personally create compelling digital assets, short-form videos, and persuasive advertising copy. You will also coordinate photography and video production with models and content creators while keeping costs efficient. Working closely with executive leadership, you will support e-commerce growth, improve campaign profitability, and contribute to new product launches. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for a creative and analytical professional comfortable working primarily on US Eastern Time.
