Digital Delivery Program Manager

This position may be filled at the Manager or Senior Manager level, depending on experience, and offers the opportunity to lead digital delivery strategy across complex construction programs. The role establishes and governs BIM/VDC frameworks, translating owner objectives into consistent standards, workflows, and deliverables across design and construction phases. Acting as a key advisor to owners and a central point of coordination for multidisciplinary teams, the successful candidate will ensure digital delivery activities remain aligned with project goals and operational requirements. The position combines strategic program leadership, technical direction, stakeholder engagement, and oversight of multiple delivery workstreams. It also contributes to the adoption of emerging technologies, digital twin capabilities, and lifecycle data integration. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity with a salary range starting at $140,000 and reaching $190,000 per year.
