The Amazon Connect Developer will design, build, and optimize cloud-based contact center solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline business communications. Working within an AWS environment, you will develop intelligent contact flows, IVR systems, and advanced call-routing capabilities. You will leverage AWS services and programming skills to create scalable integrations between contact center platforms, CRM systems, and backend applications. The role also involves implementing conversational AI, chatbot capabilities, and automated customer communication solutions. You will collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and operations professionals to deliver reliable and efficient contact center experiences.
