Software Engineering Practice Lead

We are seeking a senior technology leader to shape and drive the strategic direction of a growing Software Engineering practice within a broader AI and Automation organization. This Director-level opportunity is ideal for an experienced engineering or digital transformation leader who has developed technical capabilities in a consulting or professional services environment. You will bring together multidisciplinary teams across modern application development, cloud infrastructure, low-code platforms, and AI-enabled engineering. Working at the intersection of software engineering, consulting, and emerging technologies, you will define new capabilities and help translate market opportunities into impactful client solutions. You will also engage directly with senior clients, guide technical strategy, and contribute to business growth.
