Senior Lead Business Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Lead Business Analyst based in the United States. The Senior Lead Business Analyst will drive customer implementations of a cloud-based Loss Control platform for the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance industry. This role combines deep insurance knowledge with strong business analysis and solution delivery expertise. You will guide clients from initial discovery through solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live. Your work will help insurers improve risk inspections, loss control surveys, premium audits, and underwriting decisions. Working across customer, product, project management, and technical teams, you will translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solutions. You will also influence delivery standards, contribute to product improvements, and mentor other business analysts.
