Renewable Energy Senior Finance Attorney

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Renewable Energy Senior Finance Attorney based in the United States. This fully remote opportunity is designed for an experienced attorney with deep expertise in renewable energy project finance. The role focuses on leading complex debt and tax equity financing transactions, including tax credit transfers. You will take ownership of transactions from initial term sheets through negotiation and execution of final agreements. Working with clients, colleagues, and other professionals, you will help structure and advance projects that support the transition to a more sustainable energy future. The position also offers opportunities to contribute your corporate law expertise and experience with project and portfolio M&A. As a senior member of the team, you will exercise independent judgment, manage complex matters, and mentor junior attorneys. You can work remotely from anywhere you are licensed to practice law, within a collaborative, distributed legal environment.
