Project Team Leader

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Team Leader based in the United States. Take the lead in delivering complex architectural and construction projects while coordinating talented drafting teams in a fully remote environment. As a Project Team Leader, you will oversee project execution across multifamily residential and diverse commercial building types, ensuring that every phase progresses efficiently and meets quality standards. You will manage team workloads, coordinate technical deliverables, anticipate risks, and keep stakeholders aligned from schematic design through construction documentation. Using your expertise in Revit, Bluebeam, and construction systems, you will guide modeling, documentation, and quality control processes. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on project performance while supporting a distributed team working across a variety of building projects.
