Principal Power Systems Engineer – Grid Integration & Power Electronics

Our partner is looking for a Principal Power Systems Engineer – Grid Integration & Power Electronics based in the United States. As a Principal Power Systems Engineer, you will provide senior technical leadership on complex grid integration and power systems projects across North America. You will lead critical studies involving renewable energy, battery storage, transmission planning, inverter-based resources, and grid interconnection. Combining deep engineering expertise with client-facing responsibilities, you will establish technical methodologies, validate advanced models, and deliver reliable solutions for utilities, developers, investors, and public-sector organizations. You will also mentor engineering teams, oversee project delivery, and contribute to strategic client relationships and business growth. This fully remote opportunity offers the chance to influence the evolution of modern power systems and support the transition toward a more reliable, renewable, and resilient energy grid. The role is open to candidates based in the United States or Canada, with a preference for Canada-based applicants.
