The Online Yoga & Programming Lead & Special Projects will play a key role in delivering high-quality yoga experiences across in-studio and virtual environments. This position combines yoga instruction, online program leadership, teacher development, and special project coordination. The primary focus will be leading and facilitating online teacher training programs, driving student enrollment, and ensuring an engaging learning experience. The role also contributes to the quality and consistency of live virtual classes through instructor coaching and feedback. Working closely with regional leaders and cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will help strengthen teaching standards, develop future instructors, and expand the reach of online yoga education.
