Nutrition & Quality Specialist

As a Nutrition & Quality Specialist, you will play an essential role in helping dog owners make informed decisions about their pets' nutrition, health, and well-being. Drawing on your veterinary experience, you will provide expert guidance on canine nutrition, ingredients, feeding practices, and product quality. You will serve as a technical resource for customer support teams, translating complex scientific information into clear, accurate, and empathetic responses. Working closely with Food Quality & Safety, Research & Development (R&D), and Veterinary teams, you will investigate product concerns and contribute to continuous quality improvements. You will also help develop educational resources and identify recurring customer feedback to strengthen product knowledge and customer experience.
