Mortgage Fulfillment Specialist

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring mortgage applications progress smoothly from underwriting approval through to final funding. You will work closely with brokers, underwriters, clients, lenders, lawyers, and external partners to coordinate documentation, manage outstanding conditions, and keep transactions on schedule. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help ensure every mortgage file is accurate, complete, and ready for closing. You will manage multiple active files while maintaining high standards of organization, communication, and client service.
