This is an opportunity for an experienced mortgage professional to lead and scale a high-performing closing function within a fast-growing, technology-driven environment. You will oversee daily closing operations, manage a team of mortgage closers, and ensure loans progress smoothly from clear-to-close through funding. Combining deep regulatory knowledge with strong operational leadership, you will help maintain accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the closing pipeline. You will also drive process improvements, strengthen quality controls, and support the development of scalable workflows. Working closely with underwriting, processing, post-closing, sales, and technology teams, you will help improve both borrower and employee experiences.
