Information Systems Support

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Information Systems Support professional based in India. As an Information Systems Support professional, you will play an essential role in maintaining reliable IT operations across a growing, multi-business organization. Working closely with the Security & Infrastructure Lead, you will support managed devices, access controls, and day-to-day technical assistance for employees across the group. You will serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests, resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues while ensuring more complex incidents are escalated appropriately. Your responsibilities will include device setup, account access management, troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate records of technical changes. This is a hands-on operational role where attention to detail, security awareness, and clear communication are essential. You will join a fully remote, international team and contribute directly to a secure, efficient, and productive working environment.
