The Field Operations Director will provide essential administrative, operational, and communication support to regional leadership within a dynamic undergraduate ministry environment. This part-time, remote position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of daily operations, staff activities, events, and ministry initiatives across the assigned region. The successful candidate will oversee administrative processes, manage schedules and resources, coordinate meetings and conferences, and facilitate communication between staff, students, faculty, and external partners. The role also contributes to organizational effectiveness through financial administration, records management, digital communications, and compliance monitoring. Beyond operational responsibilities, this position supports the development of ministry partnerships and fundraising activities that help sustain the organization's mission.
