This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR or employee accommodations professional to lead and enhance workplace accessibility initiatives within a dynamic, people-focused organization. In this role, you will oversee the design, administration, and continuous improvement of employee accommodation programs, ensuring compliance with applicable disability and employment legislation. You will manage complex accommodation cases, guide the interactive process, and work closely with employees, managers, HR teams, and legal professionals to develop effective workplace solutions. Acting as a trusted subject matter expert, you will provide strategic advice, support inclusive policies, and help minimize organizational risks. You will also contribute to building awareness through training, guidance, and best-practice development.
