Director of Technology

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Technology based in the United States. We are seeking a hands-on Director of Technology to lead the development, evolution, and strategic direction of digital platforms for an internationally focused nonprofit organization. This role combines technical leadership with practical software development, offering the opportunity to build solutions that directly support an important global mission. You will oversee platform architecture, develop new features, strengthen data capabilities, and identify opportunities to integrate AI and machine learning into organizational operations. Working closely with a geographically distributed team, you will ensure that technology effectively serves staff, donors, and other key stakeholders. You will also guide a small technical team and external consulting resources while remaining actively involved in engineering.
