You will drive the transition toward more scalable, digitised, and flexible examination processes while ensuring current operations remain reliable and efficient. Working across product, engineering, psychometrics, and test development teams, you will translate strategic priorities into practical workflows and production capabilities. You will also oversee external delivery partnerships, operational governance, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
