Welcome to Bosch. This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory. Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region. R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.   - Act as a Value Stream Controller for the assigned business area, with a focus on: - Monthly international business reviews. - Quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting. - Actual budget tracking and variance analysis. - Preparation and support of management reports. - Perform profitability calculations to support new business opportunities and product relocation projects to Thailand. - Manage pass-through business controlling, with a focus on P&L steering and profitability monitoring. - Prepare monthly Value Stream cost overviews and continuously improve cost transparency. - Act as a business partner to Cost Center Responsible Managers, including budget monitoring, variance analysis, and providing financial transparency. - Drive the continuous improvement of controlling tools and processes, including the integration and application of AI solutions. - Additional tasks assignments by Manager. Education Background: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Qualifications: - Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international working environment. - Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines.    - Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership. - Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to understand complex business scenarios. - Proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement of existing tools and processes. - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborating across departments, locations, and different organizational levels. - Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to plant, business unit, regional, and executive management. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems; experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred. - Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, is an advantage. - Previous work experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, or a related field is preferred. - Basic knowledge of automation or programming tools, such as VBA or Python, is an advantage.                                                                               Your future job offers you Housing allowance, company shuttle, free lunch, provident fund, medical benefits, OPD, IPD, dental benefits, performance bonus, service year reward, insurance, diligent allowance, marriage allowance, new born gift, oversea allowance, etc. Make it happen Send us your application by using the I'm interested button!
