Senior Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer based in Brazil. As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape intuitive, impactful digital experiences for a global platform transforming how businesses manage their international workforce. You will take ownership of complex product challenges, designing solutions across employee-facing interfaces, employer portals, and internal administrative tools. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers, you will drive projects from discovery and ideation through implementation and post-launch improvements. You will combine strong UX and UI expertise with strategic product thinking to solve real customer problems. You will also contribute to evolving scalable design systems and improving consistency across multiple product experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to influence products used by a diverse international audience while exploring how AI can enhance design processes and user experiences.
