Candidate Support Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support the smooth progression of background verification processes. In this role, you will manage missing information requests, coordinate documentation collection, and ensure verification cases move forward efficiently. You will serve as a key point of contact for candidates and clients, providing guidance and assistance throughout the verification journey. Working closely with internal Scoping and Delivery teams, you will help minimize delays and maintain high service standards. Your communication, organization, and problem-solving skills will contribute directly to a seamless and positive candidate experience.
