Bookkeeper & AR Specialist | Marketing Agency

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bookkeeper & AR Specialist | Marketing Agency based in Brazil. In this role, you will take ownership of the financial operations, accounts receivable, invoicing, and bookkeeping processes for a fast-growing digital marketing agency. You will manage the full billing-to-cash cycle, ensuring invoices are accurate, payments are collected on time, and financial records remain organized and up to date. Working primarily with QuickBooks Online, Stripe, and Mercury, you will oversee recurring billing, variable client fees, payment reconciliation, and monthly financial close activities. You will collaborate directly with the Operations Manager and company leadership in a fully remote, international environment. As the agency continues to scale, you will also play an important role in establishing financial procedures, improving internal processes, and documenting workflows.
