Financial Analyst

We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with excellent communication and critical thinking skills who thrives working in a collaborative fast-paced environment. This role will serve as essential support for the Accounting and Finance operations for TITOL.  The primary function of the role is performing financial analysis and preparing 3rd party artist reporting including project P&Ls, profit split statements, and royalty statements. The position will work on financials for top-tier artists in the music and merchandise industry, as well as notable brands and collaborators in the fashion and art space. You will work cross-functionally with all teams at TITOL to gather relevant information for accurate reporting. In addition to statement preparation, the role will complete analysis for project management and day-to-day financial operations, as well as assist in understanding artist profitability. This position will play a critical function in overall financial support, external reporting, and entity level financials. Working Environment:   In-office 5 days/week with occasional travel or on-site support required. May involve weekend or extended hours during peak seasons. Very fast-paced and detail-driven environment, with a strong emphasis on communication, adaptability, prioritization, and proactive problem-solving.
