Who are we looking for?  You’re a creative, collaborative, and reliable photographer who enjoys working as part of a team. You’re equally comfortable taking creative direction and problem-solving independently on set. You have a strong eye for detail, care about producing high-quality work, and understand that great photography is about both the creative vision and the execution behind it. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on being involved in daily studio work and is excited by the opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven brand. Key Responsibilities - Photograph apparel products on model for tentree’s e-commerce and marketing channels - Capture consistent, high-quality flat lay photography for e-commerce, including garment preparation and styling, lighting, composition, colour accuracy, and maintaining established brand and photography standards - Work efficiently on set and deliver a high volume of quality images within established timelines - Assist with lighting, camera setup, composition, and on-set photography needs - Review images on set to ensure framing, exposure, styling, and overall quality meet creative expectations - Work with tethered shooting workflows and digital capture systems - Organize and manage image files throughout the shoot process - Perform basic colour correction and image adjustments as needed - Collaborate with the creative team on image selection and post-production editing notes - Adapt quickly to changes in shot lists, schedules, products, and creative direction - Contribute creative ideas and solutions throughout the production process Requirements Professional Requirements:  - 2+ years of professional photography experience, ideally in fashion, apparel, e-commerce, lifestyle, or commercial photography - A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with product, fashion, and/or lifestyle photography - Strong understanding of lighting, composition, exposure, and colour - Experience working in a studio environment - Experience with tethered photography and digital capture workflows - Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop and Capture One Personal Strengths:  - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent image quality across large volumes of content - Ability to work collaboratively with creative and production teams - Comfortable taking direction while also bringing your own creative perspective - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment The hourly wage for this position is $50 CAD per hour and will work on a contract basis.
