Head Coach & Community Manager - Logan Circle, DC

[solidcore] is looking for a Head Coach Community Manager who is passionate about sharing the [solidcore] brand and workout. Reporting to the Area Manager, the HCCM is responsible for various tasks that will not only support the Studio and its success, but also support [solidcore] as a company in our vision to be a generation-defining lifestyle brand.  The Head Coach Community Manager is expected to be a role model for all of the qualities and attributes of an exceptional coach, maintaining, on average 11 classes per week between both modalities. Holding responsibilities that deliver a best-in-class experience, setting the standards for other coaches and core crew to aspire to.  The Head Coach Community Manager is our ultimate brand ambassador, focused primarily on driving community connection and long-term retention of our members. This person will work directly with our Lead Head Coach to ensure our operations and product continue to deliver at our standard of brand excellence and has a high level of personal development knowledge, giving consistent feedback to their team with the ability to provide support in-studio.
