We're looking for an experienced sous chef to lead our kitchen and bring bold, creative Asian fusion dishes to life. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fusion cuisine, a knack for balancing flavors across Asian cooking traditions, and experience running service, managing prep, and supervising line cooks. Strong leadership, organization, and a passion for quality are essential. Job is in the SOMA Area of San Francisco
